Martina Guilfoil
Before joining the Housing Trust in 2011, Martina Guilfoil was the executive director of the Rainier Valley Community Development Fund in Seattle. Prior to that she had been the executive director of Inglewood Neighborhood Housing Services in Inglewood, California, and the CEO of Community Housing Trust of Sarasota County, Florida. Ms. Guilfoil has been meeting the unmet credit needs of low-income communities since 1986. She has spearheaded the creation of innovative lending programs for small business, housing preservation and first-time homebuyers, developed new affordable housing units, and overseen homebuyer education and financial literacy programs for the community.

The Housing Trust’s Board of Directors consists of public and private sector investors along with partners from affordable housing organizations in Orange County and the State of California. The Board oversees the Housing Trust’s programs.
