Our Mission

The mission of the Orange County Housing Trust (OCHT) is to raise capital, resources, and leadership to establish a regional solution to the growing demand for affordable workforce housing options in Orange County.

To accomplish its mission, the OCHT collaborates with the public and private sectors to capitalize and manage a loan fund that leverages other housing resources to expand the supply of affordable housing options for the Orange County workforce.

We can assist both for-profit and non-profit entities with:

• Pre-development loans
• Capital to fund down payment assistance
• Other loan products as the needs arise
